Ablution Sports is a custom sportswear and uniform manufacturer in Sialkot. Production is specification-led: artwork in, sample approval, then bulk cut-and-sew for wholesale, OEM and private-label buyers.

Design
Artwork is checked for print size, embroidery feasibility and placement. Missing files are requested before the line is booked.

Fabric
Fabric is selected from the agreed family — polyester, interlock, dry-fit, mesh or another performance knit — and confirmed against the sample.

Cutting
Patterns are laid and cut to the approved size chart. Mixed size runs are cut from the breakdown you provide.

Printing / Embroidery
Sublimation, screen print where appropriate, or embroidery is applied according to the artwork. Names and numbers follow the squad list or rule you send.

Stitching
Cut panels are sewn as cut-and-sew garments. Construction details (collar, waistband, mesh panels) follow the specification, not a hidden standard.

Quality Control
Measurements, decoration and finishing are checked against the approved sample. Issues are handled before packing.

Packing
Polybags, set packing, size-sorted cartons, hang tags or branded packaging are used as quoted — not as an unstated extra.

Shipment
Cartons are prepared for export from Sialkot. Freight method and Incoterm are those on the accepted quotation.
