Custom Football Kits: Complete Guide for Clubs and Teams

A custom football kit is a manufactured product: jersey and shorts in club colors, with logos, names and numbers applied to a specification. Clubs, academies and wholesale buyers get a better result when they treat it as a small production run rather than a last-minute print job.

Decide what “a kit” includes

Most wholesale quotations treat a set as jersey plus shorts. Socks, goalkeeper kits, warm-ups and training tees are extra lines unless you ask for them to be bundled. Write the bill of materials before you compare prices, or you will compare different products.

Artwork that factories can use

Vector logos (.ai, .eps, .svg or high-quality PDF) keep crests sharp. A photo of last season’s shirt is a reference, not a print file. Provide pantone or closest color notes if color matching matters. Sponsor marks need their own clear files and placement rules.

Names, numbers and league rules

Send a squad list or numbering protocol. Some leagues restrict font, size or sponsor placement. If you play under a rulebook, attach it or summarize the constraints. Changing numbers after sublimation panels are printed is expensive; changing them after a sewn-on set is still a new job.

Sizing

Do not order everything in adult large because it is easier. Use a size chart and, for youth teams, a separate youth run. A sample in a middle size is the usual way to check length, sleeve and chest before bulk.

Budgeting with FOB slabs

Indicative FOB Sialkot ranges fall as quantity rises because setup, sampling and cutting are spread across more garments. They still move with print coverage and embroidery. Use the football kits page for current slabs, then request an exact quotation for your artwork.
