Custom Football Kits for European Clubs
European kit orders work when crest files, size runs and destination country are locked before fabric is cut — FOB Sialkot is not an EU warehouse price.
European football clubs looking for custom football kits are buying a production run: home, often away, keeper colors, and usually training. Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and Belgium all import this way. The factory is in Sialkot. The importer of record is you or your distributor — Ablution Sports does not operate an EU stock warehouse.
Lock the identity before the season window
Pre-season in July and August fills factory calendars. Artwork approved in spring is a realistic path. A two-week air request in late August is a rush, not a plan. Share home, away and training together even if you only release the match kit first. Crest size, font and primary colors should be frozen once.
Crest, sponsors and league placement
Send vector crest files. Many European clubs want the badge embroidered on a sublimated shirt. Sponsor marks need their own clear files and a note if a league limits chest size. Changing a sponsor after panels are printed is a new job. Goalkeeper clash colors should be on the same brief so staff and keepers do not turn up in the same red.
Labels follow the country you sell into
Care labels and fiber content must match the market on the carton. Do not assume a generic English label is enough for retail in France or Germany. Send the required text. This website does not claim CE, OEKO-TEX or other certificates that have not been supplied as evidence. If you need a test report, name the standard on the quotation request.
One factory, several destinations
A distributor can share one production run and split cartons after import. Say whether you need one consignee or several. UK import VAT and kit language differ enough that UK clubs should use the dedicated UK buyer page. Intra-EU trucking after the goods land is your logistics plan, not a line inside the FOB Sialkot slab.
What to send for a Europe kit quote
- Destination country and whether cartons will split
- Home, away, keeper and training pieces on the same list
- Youth academy sizes if they share the senior crest
- Vector crest and sponsor files
- Embroidery vs sublimation for the badge
- Required care-label language

FAQ
Yes. Match kits, training wear and travel pieces are manufactured in Sialkot and quoted FOB. VAT, duty and transport after import sit with the importer unless another Incoterm is agreed in writing.
