Sportswear Manufacturer vs Sportswear Wholesaler
Manufacturers make to spec. Wholesalers resell. Custom logos and private label usually belong with a manufacturer.

A sportswear manufacturer cuts, prints or embroiders, sews and packs garments. A sportswear wholesaler buys finished or semi-finished goods and resells them. Both can be legitimate. They are not interchangeable when you need custom work.
When a manufacturer fits
- Your own colors and artwork
- Player names and numbers
- Neck labels and hang tags in your brand
- A product that does not exist in a catalog
- Repeat orders that must match a sealed sample
When a wholesaler fits
If you need small quantities of generic stock in standard colors this week, a wholesaler with warehouse inventory can be faster. You will usually have less control over fabric lot, label and exact graphic placement.
The hybrid confusion
Some traders present as factories. Ask where cutting and sewing happen, who approves the sample, and whose name is on the commercial invoice. You are entitled to know whether you are contracting the producer or a middle layer.
Ablution Sports is positioned as a manufacturer in Sialkot for custom, OEM and wholesale production — not as a retail stock shop. If you need goods made to your identity, brief the factory directly.
