How to Order Custom Basketball Uniforms in Bulk
Bulk basketball orders go smoothly when construction (single-layer vs reversible) and numbering rules are fixed before sampling.

Bulk basketball uniforms are usually jersey-and-shorts sets for a roster plus a few extras. Schools and clubs that order well send construction notes, numbering rules and a size breakdown in the first message.
Choose construction early
A sublimated single-layer jersey is a different garment from a reversible jersey. Reversible pieces use more fabric and a different sewing path, so they should not be quoted as a standard set. If you need both home and away in one garment, say so on day one.
Mesh vs solid
Mesh is common for breathability; solid interlock or performance polyester is used when the graphic needs a flatter print surface. There is no universal “best” fabric. Approve a sample for the climate and the look you want.
Numbers and names
Basketball numbering is large and central. Confirm digit style, outline colors and name-set placement. If players are not named, a number-only set is cheaper to change later than a fully named roster.
School and club extras
Shooting shirts, warm-ups and training tees can share the identity. Adding them after production means a second setup. If the budget allows, include them in the first quotation even if you release the purchase order in two phases.
